Booking your appointment
Appointments can be booked by calling 0141 952 7511 or 07733 303776.
Alternatively requests can be made via email to info@conciaconceptbeauty.co.uk
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally clients may require to cancel or change booked appointments, because your treatment time is reserved especially for you, all that we would ask is that we are given at least 24 hours notice to cancel ALL OR PART of an appointment.
This notice allows us to effectively restructure our diary and offer any free space to another client who requires it.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the treatments booked.
Treatment Times
Quoted times are approximate and include preparation, consultation and relaxation time.
Under 16’s
Parental consent and presence is required for all treatments.
Deposit Required
Appointments exceeding 1 hour or £30 may require a non refundable deposit via credit or debit card at time of booking.

IMPORTANT - Late Policy
To respect all of our clients we operate a punctual appointment schedule, therefore a late arrival may result in the treatment time being reduced accordingly or cancellation of the appointment. However the full cost of treatment booked will be charged.
Gift Vouchers
Are available for purchase and are valid for
6 months from date of issue. These can be redeemed in the salon for any treatment ( a brief medical history is obtained from each client to ensure treatment suitability) or any retail product provided by Concia Concept Beauty. Gift Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be surrendered for a monetary equivalent.
